Delicious and spicy peanut sauce that can be put on anything from noodles to salads ... and even on popcorn!

citrus squeezer (or your hands)

things you need
1/2 c peanut butter*
1/2 c hot water
4 tsp rice vinegar*
2 tsp toasted sesame oil*
2 tsp coconut aminos*
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 lime*
pinch of red pepper flakes*, smoked sea salt, and black pepper*

here’s how
stir the peanut butter and water together until it reaches a smooth consistency
add all other ingredients
let sit for a few minutes for the flavors to develop
for an even smoother consistency, mix all of the ingredients in a high speed blender
helpful notes
if making with pasta, some of the left over pasta water can be used to loosen the sauce if it's too thick
increase or decrease red pepper flakes to adjust to your hotness level
we seek out a fish sauce that only contains two ingredients: anchovies and sea salt
peanut allergy? no problem, just substitute your favorite creamy nut butter
